Terms

Effective 25 September 2026. These preliminary terms apply to invited private-beta testing and will be replaced with complete terms before public release.

Development build: Bikr features may change, be incomplete or become temporarily unavailable. Do not rely on the private beta as the sole record of legally or mechanically important information.

Using Bikr

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and use Bikr lawfully. You remain responsible for checking motorcycle information and keeping original documents where required.

Not mechanical, legal or registration advice

Bikr can organise records and reminders, but it does not certify mechanical condition, roadworthiness, ownership title, registration status or finance status. A Bikr passport is not a substitute for an independent inspection, PPSR search, government transfer process or professional advice.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Bikr the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content to provide the service and complete transfers you authorise.

Motorcycle transfers

A Bikr transfer relates only to records within the service. It does not itself transfer legal title, vehicle registration, insurance or financial obligations. Each party remains responsible for the required official processes.

Availability and changes

During private testing, features may be changed, reset or withdrawn. Where practical, testers will receive notice of material changes affecting their records.
