Delete your account

Private-beta testers can request deletion of their Bikr account and associated personal information.

Submit a request

Email getbikr.passport@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Bikr account. Use the subject “Delete my Bikr account”.

Verification

We may ask you to verify control of the account before processing the request. Never send your password.

What deletion covers

Account credentials and rider-owned personal information will be deleted or de-identified, subject to applicable legal and security retention requirements. Before deleting a motorcycle record, we may need to clarify whether its passport has already been transferred to another owner.

Timing

We will acknowledge the request and provide the expected completion timing. The production process and final retention periods will be documented before public launch.
